"I recently visited the Zeelab Pharmacy located in Sector 105 (near Indian Oil), and I was absolutely shocked by the inhumane conditions inside the store. Despite the soaring summer temperatures, there is no air conditioning and not even a basic air cooler installed in the premises. The glass windows allow direct sun exposure, turning the entire space into a suffocating hot box that is almost unbearable to stand in for more than a few minutes. This is not just an issue of discomfort — it is a serious health hazard for both customers and staff. Heatstroke, dehydration, and fatigue are real risks in such an environment. I cannot imagine how the staff is expected to work under these brutal conditions all day long. Zeelab is a reputed brand, but failing to provide even the most basic amenities for thermal comfort shows a gross lack of responsibility and empathy. If customer experience and employee well-being matter at all to the management, then an air cooler or proper ventilation must be installed immediately. Ignoring such basic standards of comfort and safety is not just unprofessional — it’s unacceptable.
